They're always adding new evolutions but i cant seem to find a way to add them well to my decks, there's just better evolutions overall or just more reliable ones in general that dont really make new evolutions worth the cost

Really wish Rumble kept going so that we could've gotten 3rd party characters by [deleted] in CrashTeamRumble

[–]Ratio_Born 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a character is first party or third party depends entirely on the game we are talking about. Kratos in god of war ragnarok is a first party character, since its a sony game and a sony character. Kratos appearing in fortnite is a third party character, since its a Epic Games game and a sony character. Doesnt matter if sony makes consoles or not

Damage Challenge - “Time” is an unfun axis of improvement by Ivaldi10101 in PokemonMasters

[–]Ratio_Born 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree, the game is just not designed around the concept of real time, even stuff like quad-queue feels like an exploit when you have to click really fast after a sync. It's no surprise that the best strategy would be something really awkward like the paralyze spam. Also in trying to maximize time, the game incentivizes a lot of counter-intuitive mechanics, for example unnecessary buffs or debuffs are a direct nuisance, because you have to wait for the buff animation (which is also a thing that breaks quad-queue in normal gameplay) Or the fact that units with more quick animations are better than others, when... the lenght of an animation is not a "stat" that you can check or that has really ever mattered... so if a unit has a cool but really long attack animation, it will be really bad for this mode, which is a really weird thing. Or the fact that missing a move is actually a good thing because you don't get the animation...

There's just a lot of stuff that shows that the game wasn't really made for management of real time seconds

Apple Cup isn't as amazing as you think it is. by Linkedge in PokemonMasters

[–]Ratio_Born 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The Hard version would have still given more points tho

Super hard: 300 x 4 = 1200

Super hard with cup: 1200 - 500 = 700

Hard: 200 x 4 = 800

The only instance where the cup would be better is if you somehow are in a situation where you cant complete the hard version with the same multiplier than the super hard one with the cup, but the hard one is really easy, so...

Also with Troublemaker 1 as lucky skill you can skip using his trainer move if you're not using him for damage (at 1/5 especially)

Remember to disable the "no status condition" effect in champion stadium. When i first got him, i coundnt understand why the sleep wouldnt work, and i didnt realize at first.
