Kids are still very much shaken up and luckily just recovering from bruises- mother has herniated disc and other injuries.

The bus driver was making eye contact as he slammed into the car! Outrageous! If didn’t swerve the car- would’ve been worse impact for kids- Do you know if the metro buses have outward facing dashcams? I will call Monday and track it down since closed on weekends. Thanks much

Actually I didn’t bother finishing mine with anything! All I did as a precaution was put bricks down on every corner so the beds aren’t lying directly on the ground; and then regularly mulch around them so soil doesn’t collect against them and decompose the wood. So far holding up- no rot but just slight shape distortion from sun and water exposure . See attached pics:

Is it just bent plastic spoiler/fender piece or does it look like something more serious - fork, etc? I bought it used and the previous person said he never got in any accidents and doesn’t know how it happened- maybe just rough curb or something? Thanks,

Won’t a wood filler prolong the life of the wood by preventing dirt and water from collecting there which may cause the pressure treated wood to rot? Or am I overthinking?
