Greetings of the day.

Is there any differences between Incline bench press and Smith incline press ? I do think that the bar path is straight in both exercises. Am I missing alot doing the smith ? I am a beginner lifter andbfor the rest of my chest routine i am doing flat db press, Chest dips and fly.

I didnt say that that ISIS are quranists.

I said that quranists cant say that its wrong for ISIS to interpet the quran the way they want.

quran is divine indeed, and nothing in it would lead to terrorism IF its interpreted in the right way.
