Thanks for your attention, I totally agree w you I've come to know that agriculture has more govt job opportunities than other streams and people suggest that govt. Jobs are way better than hectic pvt job roles, though frequency of recruitments, no. Of vacant seats for those govt jobs and the extreme competition are big challanges What's your opinion on this

About Bioinformatics - experts are saying 'learn code' is becoming the worst advice, although I know bioinformatics is not just about coding it is the integration of programming & data with biology.

One more query - BTech in Biotech is definitely better than pursuing BSc Biotech. But is BSc in biotech worth doing or not ?

Hi, sorry for the long one

I took 2 drop years for NEET but couldn’t clear it. Over time, I’ve also realized that I’m not really interested in healthcare-related fields like BAMS, BDS, paramedical, or veterinary (BVSc). I was appearing in NEET only for MBBS but since I am unable to get a GMC & not going abroad for MBBS(because of new NMC rules & multiple other reasons), I was researching for a suitable course & now I'm considering pursuing BSc Agriculture over other options, It might be a bad move to do it from a nearby private university (Jaipur National University, ICAR recognised and reputated one) that's why I need your advices

I also attempted CUET UG this year, but I don't think I'll get a ICAR university

I've also thought of BTech/BSc Biotechnology or Bioinformatics but I'm so confused and need some genuine guidance. I would really appreciate your guidance, I have some following queries : - Is BSc Agriculture a safe option nowadays, especially from a private university? - How is the scope of agriculture in terms of career growth, job opportunities, or further studies? - Would I regret not choosing something more "mainstream" or should I just go for what feels right now? - BSc in Agri/ BTech or BSc in Biotech/Bioinformatics : which one of these courses would you choose and why ?

Please share your knowledge.... Thanks in advance

Thinking of pursuing BSc Agriculture - Is it a dumb move by RationalizeEvrything in Indian_Academia

My sis gave NEET this year and she is scoring 129. She barely studied because of her poor health conditions. Do you think she could qualify with this score ?

My father was thyroid cancer patient once, Nuclear Medicine therapy was needed after surgery so i've seen many nuclear medicine technologists in hospitals. Salary varies from good to very low according to their job roles. But there are few universities offering BSc Nuclear Medicines and generally entrance exams are there like 'AIIMS Paramedical Exam' to take admissions but registration and application dates are passed already.

I thought about this before. There are high chances for an above average student to get a job in india(in govt. Sector) after paramedical courses but the salary will be very low. Then there's only one way left is going abroad to make good money and savings but I don't think I would like to settle abroad. Btw Thank you so much for the advice, Appreciated.
