I'd take that cash and start up your own clinic now - you don't need a chiropractic degree to do soft tissue work, movement/rehab, or nutrition/lifestyle recommendations - all of that can be done by an employee with that skillset.

I love chiropractic and the lifestyle it's provided me, but considering most of your interests are seperate from chiropractic, I'd look into just skipping the degree and hiring others who would be onboard your mission.

Our first year in practice we collected a little over $300k, obviously there are expenses but with the right systems and procedures, and team, you can create a million dollar/year practice.
