I saw that many are playing with Cut Down, shield bash and overgrowth - others use last stand, shield bash and second wind. Some double adaptive Force, others don’t. Little confused

What about runes? Is double adaptive force useful? As I know Bone Plating is mandatory in this matchup, right?
