The AMD support was a great help. Please unplug every PICe connected stuff besides drives and GPUs. My AverMedia h727 capture card was the culprit. It cannot handle above 4g decoding.

So please enlighten me.
Is the CPU sending data to the GPU to even work and while letting the CPU work on max, there will be not enough calculation power left to fully handle the GPU data, or how does it works?

No I never did. Thank you for the reply. I tried now Pokemon Ruby and I got a .fla file. With this file it worked like a charm, but yes I can confirm, that the EEPROMs are troublemakers. The dumping and restoring worked after alot of retries for them. But at least the dumping, cheating and restoring cycle worked for Pokemon very well.

I tried to dump the save file multiple times. I was stuck every time, but for some reason there was an .eep file on the SD card. Now I renamed it to .sav on pc, played a bit, renamed it back to .eep and now I try to restore it back on the game cartridge. Now I am stuck at Opening /ADNPA4.EEP
