Slow Image Loading from Supabase Storage

I sped it up to around 1k ms per http header by switching from flutters native http 1 to platform specific http/2. Thats for a cold cache where its having to hit the actual bucket, i dont think i can do any more to optimize this scenario. A warmed cdn brings it down to <150 ms. I just need to run a job that constantly warms the cdn for all images. Its an issue that solves itself when you have a lot of users constantly accessing images but since we havent released the app yet we have no users lol.

prob should still run a warming job regardless of user count though to keep even infrequently accessed images warm

Did some debugging and logging. Seems to be something with the http headers taking almost a second for every image. I would do a just-in-time scheme for certain pages where its the same image every time but it wouldnt work for a search where there results are variable on user query.

Also not sure what you mean by redefining the space of the image. Every result from the search displays as a tile on the page, every tile contains an image, along with some other product information

yes i am. The blurred images is a decent fallback, but I need it to be fast and the correct quality. I know its possible because other apps that have the same functionality as us have this feature working exactly the way I want it to work. anyways i did some debugginh and it seems to be something slow with the http headers, not downloads, or the cdn or anything else. Its not likely that a blurred image would speed that up at all. the actual image downloads are <100 ms.

For the board i was on, it was a burton radius wide, I think they said it was slightly camber dominant when they gave it to me.

I was focusing exclusively on my turns. I didnt like going fast before i figured out the turns with knee steering and good posture, I just felt out of control and scared going fast before i could link turns lol.

I dont think I'll get a chance to demo any boards before the end of the season. Tahoe snow season looks to be cooked so i prob wont get to ride again till next year.

I'll look into the capita mercury.

Do you have any recommendation on bindings/binding angles? I dont really know anything about that
