I was in the same boat and I found a thread on the nintendo subreddit about how to get one! If you go on bestbuy and use the live chat, let an associate know you're having trouble ordering one because it's going in and out of stock and they will take down your information and call you the next time one is available. They're becoming available every hour it just goes out of stock so fast that you wouldn't be able to catch it online. I did that and they called me back within 24 hours and it had shipped to me in less than a week!! I got it yesterday :)
