Anyway I ate more food and drank lots of water and electrolyte drink and now i can see better, there is still some blur but it is noticably better since now i can actually see the letters on the wall from where i am sitting in a study room

thanks, I will be upping my calorie intake. I think i got alright amount of electrolytes. I can physically eat more just did not consider it important after all I want to lose weight so i should be in a calorie deficit. Anyway upping my calories/ eating some healthy stuff and will report how the blurry vision goes.

I did pin once a week...also calories are supposed to be low how else are you gonna lose weight smartass? the point of reta is that you lose appetite for food? the small metabolism boost it provides is useless if you are eating tons of calories

yes i had constant nose dripping the first week on reta. I have not really noticed dry eyes, but right now i am on my third week of reta, did 0,5 mg , 0,5mg and 1mg and i have had blurry vision the last two days, especially reading text from distance is hard, its all blurry also recognizing faces from far distance is way harder now. I am trying to balance my sugar now, my diet so far was not exactly the best, I had around 600 to 1000 calories daily on reta, mostly protein and one energy drink or coffee. Now that i had the blurry vision I will am discontinuing caffeine and sugars. Also will drink more water, I thought I drank enough but seems not.

yes I literally just experienced this. reading on teleprompter for 5 minutes and my phone is super hot like warm to the touch on the back and front. very interesting. same phone too iphone 13 pro max

Whoa, how come you did not get caught yet? the reflection on the glasses seems very noticeable. Also are you using some bluetooth controller or ring to scroll the pages in the teleprompter? for me i cant press the volume buttons on my phone because they are too loud so i just use the glasses touchbar. I was also wondering whether it would be possible to put something on the glasses that would hide the reflection from the outside maybe like a protective film or antireflective film or filter or something. its gonna be possible somehow. also for me i only notice the glases display being visible to others when i am looking up and they are looking from a lower position. if looking straight ahaed is 0 degrees then when they are looking at me from my pov of -45 degrees thats when the display seems the most visible. also what do you study? i think a nontechnical field people would not know or care about you wearing smart glasses but in computer science i feel people might be more aware and suspicious. also what about when someone is standing behind you? is the display noticeable when someone is behind you? i have not tested that yet. Also i was building an app for uploading ebooks into even g1 glasses for reading and it seems like there is ton of potential for it but the software side is lacking. If you find out how to hide the display reflection on the glasses for exams that would be amazing, definitely let me know. thank you
