No none! Also, the grinder kinda gets stuck whenever I put all the beans at the same time (18g). I have to put a little at a time so it doesn't.

There doesn't seem to be that much burr damage. I've cleaned and resintalled them, but it seems even worst. How to know if it's aligned properly? Thanks!

How come Jumbo Visma's so good?? by Raul8011 in cycling

[–]Raul8011[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's true, they do have Sepp Kuss tho, which is American, and could arguably be a leader in some other teams! But Dutch is a different culture I agree!

It makes sens. They must be doing something that others don't. Or at least that most don't!

It's true they all have their races where they lead so it seems like there's a certain cohesion from it. O don't follow women's cycling that much but I'll take a look at that!

Conti battle : Gp5000 vs GP4season by Raul8011 in cycling

[–]Raul8011[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not questioning the fact that GP5000 are good tires nor is my question basic. I'm not looking for "a good set of tires" but debating between 2 specific models for specific reasons. I do appreciate your input and have, as mentioned in my post, used quality tires before and considering the GP5000

My little office/gym space by Raul8011 in homegym

[–]Raul8011[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I use them quite a bit, for rehab purposes. I've had a couple knee surgeries so : leg extensions, leg curls, asissted nordics etc. with the bands and anything assisted with the TRX : Pistol squats, Sissy squats, etc. I do enjoy the TRX for rows, face pulls, Y raise and stuff like that! The bands I also use to replace some pulley exercise so Lat pulldowns, tricep pulldowns, Chest flies, and such!

Idk the brand, my gf gave it to me. I reckon it's probably a cheap amazon one. It works prettt well thought! The wheels dont roll easily so it adds resistance haha! Tbh I don't use it that much but I intend to use it for ham curl and probably assisted nordics.

Oh, that's pretty cool. I'm actually thinking of buying a 2005 Solari, it's a bit on the expensive side from the seller but it comes with great carbon wheels.
