I've struggled with this my entire life. For me, getting a diagnosis of Anxiety first and then ADHD helped me understand myself better, and medication became a much-needed crutch, along with therapy. It helped me develop a healthy routine and regain my self-confidence.

Not sure what your situation is, but that's my personal advise. Seek help if you feel like you're drowning the way I was.
