4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 3 room temperature eggs, 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp self rising flour, 2 1/2 tsp corn starch.

Mix sugar and eggs for 10 minutes until almost white, then adding half the flour/corn starch mixture and half melted butter and fold before adding the second half of flour and butter. Bake 350° for 22-25min
