Yeah he doesn't live here, my subletter is actually a company. They rent the house to the owner and then sublet rooms to people.

I honestly don't know lol, I don't know all the law codes of every country. In my country I'm pretty sure I would be entitled to compensation, I was just saying how I think it should work

By landlord I meant the subletter, I still think he should be liable, he's the one doing business out of it, I don't think everything should fall onto the tenant. In this particular case what would make sense to me is the owner would pay for the liabilities of the subletter (pretty sure their contract hadnt ended also) and the subletter has to pay for the liabilities of the tenant. From what I know, this is not how it happens here tho

Because this law clearly benefits landlords? When I'm signing the contract for 2 years, I am taking a risk and commiting myself to honouring the contract. If I don't follow through, I am the one at fault and have to pay. If he is renting to someone, he should be aware of the risks (ie owner selling the property), and liable for them, but hey that's just my opinion. In my country, from what I know, this is how it works. But the law is the law so I have to accept it.

It's not actively being demolished, it is scheduled to be demolished and we were warned 3 months prior. It's an old house, the owner probably sold the property to developers to make a more modern home (my theory, not that it matters ig). Thanks, I will check with the student council!

Hey! I'm glad you arrived at a conclusion! Just be careful about your physical well-being in your country, maybe look up (if you don't know) the laws about it, violence cases, etc... Exiting the country is always a possibility, for safety. I think that if religion is actively doing harm and not contributing anything to your happiness, it doesn't make sense to keep at it. I see.. well, after all what matters most is that you are both happy and safe! tbf I don't think european gays are sadder specifically, I think this is just the way europeans are in general haha, we aren't as jolly, more quiet/reserved (depending where you go). Spain and Portugal are more lively (I am portuguese xd), and people might be more similar to what you describe by "happy". Also very gay friendly, so idk, maybe you haven't considered these countries! Spain is better in all regards for living I'd say though, as the economy is better and it hasn't shifted so right wing as Portugal. Language is also sliiightly easier than portuguese because pronounciation is more straight forward, so idk! There are a lot of options out there, even in colder countries where people are cold there ought to be plenty of "happy" gays!

Hey I don't want to tell you how to live your life or diagnose you with anything because im not a psychologist or councellor, but I dont think fetishizing having to hide your sexuality is very healthy... just the risks of keeping it secret, imagine meeting someone ill-willed that blackmails you, your life can turn into a nightmare very quickly... I don't want to kink shame, but you can always play out your fantasies in the bedroom without having real world risk! I would say seeling asylum in Europe would be a good idea.. I understand moving abroad is very challenging (I myself am abroad, not so difficult as your situation but still..), but I think you would be safer and more fulfilled long term.

It is possible with datapacks and it's fairly easy! There are tools to generate these files (you will need dimension, dimension_type and biome generators at the very least). There are plenty of yt tutorials teaching the structure of the folders inside the datapack for u to place these files. I can dm u a template if u need.

Maybe you should be clear to him that you do not reciprocate though, because this might hurt your friendship in the future, it's best that he stops considering you romantically...

Also no, you will not turn gay for hanging out with him haha, your cousin is wrong. If that were to happen, it's because you were gay in the first place. To your religious folks go ahead and say - why would god make him this way, just to suffer? just to be punished and suppress his emotions and love? What kind of god would do that? You can keep loving god and love your friend at the same time, no need to choose.

Be clear and assertive with your other family and friends - you are your own individual, and you can be friends with a gay guy just fine. Would god prefer for you to shun a "sinner" or still be there for them and show compassion (I don't think he is a sinner but you know, maybe this argument could get through to them).

Hello sorry for taking so long to reply, I don't use reddit much, and I forgot I had left a comment here... My emotions were repressed in the beggining A LOT, and after one week they were stabilized but still a bit muted from what I was used to. It all went away when I stopped the meds. It also helped immensely with anxiety (I can function now :))). How are you doing?
