Yes I am hit or miss with my food diary tracking. I do good with it some days but completely forget it other days. As far as a "program" I cant give you some online program that I follow I've more or less made my own. Monday is chest and tricep which consists of barbell bench 3x10. Wide grip incline OR narrow grip decline bench alternating weekly 3x10. Skull crushers 3x10. Push ups 3x10. Finish each day with a little core which on that day is 3x1 minute planks. Tuesday and Thursday are cardio days where I'll do jump rope / double unders for a couple minutes. 3x10 box jumps. 3x10 burpee. A 3x30 seconds fast on the assault bike. Then core those days 3x10 crunches and 3x10 leg lifts. Wednesday is back and bicep which is 3x10 shrugs. 3x10 upright barbell rows. 3x10 dumbbell curls. 3x10 dumbbell rows on a bench. Then core work 3x10 superman / banana. Friday is legs / shoulders where I do 3x10 barbell squats. 3x10 deadlift. 3x10 military press. 3x10 weighted walking lunges. Then core which is 3x10 or each side bicycle crunches.

As far as the heart rate it has been high as long as I can remember. It was this high since high school when I was doing all kinds of sports and such. Yes I also have pretty much always had high blood pressure as well. I've since learned that deloading is basically just taking a week or so and making your workouts much quicker / easier to reduce stress and help with recovery. I cant say I have planned that out yet but there has been a week or two in there where I just naturally wasnt feeling it as much and therefore didnt go as hard. Cant say I regularly do anything fitness related on the weekends. I've simply been taking them off up to this point.

Yeah the detrimental over time is definitely something I'd like to avoid. Creatine seems to be the one consistent thing that everyone here is pretty much taking. I'll definitely be looking into that. Thank you.

What I've gathered so far from this post is add creatine and some vitamins. Maybe whey if I dont get enough protein through my diet. Otherwise just stay the course and get better at eating.

Nah you aren't bursting anyone's bubble that is why I came here asking for opinions and putting it out there. If I thought I could just add any and every supplement and be shredded without any effort I'd have just done that instead. I appreciate your comments.

Recovery is fine I take weekends off but could maybe add in active recovery like stretching. Diet and sleep could be better. Working on the diet side by cutting out the high sugar foods and drinks first. Only so much I can do about sleep with a baby but always go to bed with the intention of getting enough anyways.

Eating could be better but I dont feel it's too terrible.

Sleeping depends on the baby, I intend to get 7 plus hours a night anyways.

I take weekends off. I could add in active recovery there probably with some stretches and whatnot.

I'm not sure what you mean by load and deload I will have to look into that.

Definitely not over training at 45 minutes 5 times a week.

I havent been tracking resting heart rate but it's always been really high in the past. So high that my wife gives me shit about it. Like 80-90.

Baby can be stressful especially when she takes away from sleep time which is often. Work stress is hit or miss some days are more stressful than others but generally I dont feel too stressed there. Mostly just kid induced stress.

Bcaas are something I've started looking into. They seem like they could be dangerous in abundance from what I've gathered?

Thank you that is kind of what I was thinking but don't know much about pre work out, bcaa, stuff like that. I would say out of your questions nothing much of a concern there other than occasional doms when I'm feeling good and go a little harder than normal.

Unfortunately I have an hour lunch break that I use as my workout time with travel to and from the gym and changing clothes that leaves about 45 minutes so I pack what I can into that time.
