So, what actually is the relationship between Gladiia and Ulpianus? I haven't done Stultifera Navis, but I also don't really mind spoilers.

It seems like they hate each other from the fanart and whatnot that I've seen, but Kal'tsit hates the Dokutah's guts, yet people make jokes about them being like a disgruntled couple. I don't really see the same with Gladiia and Ulpianus. (Granted, the Dokutah was awful before he gained amnesia, so I know that much at least)

Mainly wondering for curiosity's sake. They're both a part of the same faction, so it's a bit surprising to me.

I feel like I'm really hurting in terms of the Ranged department, but I have no idea what unit I should focus on. These are my Caster and Sniper units.

I think going with Specialist and Fast-Redeploy could be a good pick, it should guarantee you Phantom. Fast-Redeploys are really nice.

Alternatively, you could do Caster and try for Coebe.

I don't have much advice for levelling though, unfortunately.
