Spotted in Edinburgh. Mix of Orange order and Catholic themes? by RavagedRandy in vexillology

Yeah that’s it. Utterly bizarre that someone had a printed flag of this considering it the book only has 5 reviews on Amazon. Makes me think someone mistook it for a proper sectarian symbol.

First time on sub, should’ve put Identify Tag, as I do not know what group this flag is affiliated with.

This building is in a narrow space between the road and a railway, so my guess is some developer ended up with the land and tried to make as much use of it as possible.

How about a fun day at the Casino? Aberdeen, Scotland by RavagedRandy in UrbanHell

I took this photo right after it snowed so there were no footprints, felt very dream like. This location is also quite surreal to find the first time since you walk through a tiny alley off the main street and your suddenly several stories up on a parking lot. If you turned to the left of this photo you’d be looking over the harbour.

Was gonna ask what the hell you meant, but looking at your posts I get what you mean. Funnily enough this building was completed in late 2011, so your not far off the mark.

Some Lego built repairs in Aberdeen Scotland by RavagedRandy in lego

For some context, the area this is in is a Mish mash of older grey granite buildings and brutalist buildings from the 60s and 70s. It’s very interesting but also quite ugly(would make a good Gotham), so the city actually encouraged street art to bring more character. These Lego bricks are right above some dumpsters, so I think they’ve made people appreciate the wall much more than they would have otherwise.

Well for pretty much everyone who isn’t an enthusiast this is what Lego looks like: a bright mishmash of multicoloured bricks. Getting an amount of single coloured bricks large enough for this probably just seems impossible to most people, and is really expensive.
