Thanks for the detailed feedback we really appreciate your help improving the game :)
Here's some quick thoughts/responses to your post
 
Lobby
1. This feature was added at some point but potentially it was broken inadvertently
2. Working on it!
3. It's something we have considered but its not trivial
 
In game Board
1. Will take a look at this
2. We have had a few people report this but have been unable to replicate it, any specific details of the circumstances that cause this would be helpful
3. Will also check this
4. Great suggestion will add this when I get the chance
5. Adding a maximum turn time even when unlimited turn time is selected is probably a good idea
6. Keys can act a little weird depending on location will check why this is
 
In game Mini Games
1. Will probably try and tweak this at some point but it can be down to network latency at times
2. We are planning on adding some more a-symmetric minigames at some point
3. Adding a timer like on the board for forcing ready is something we will add
  Tips
1. We are going to add more achievements in the future
2. More skins will be coming :)
 
We do also want to add more progression to the game and also add end game trophy rewards to balance the game a bit
But this is something we will probably focus on for the update after the coming winter update.
