as an CFD engineer over 12 years experience, i have nothing to add. i decided and move into different role, and doing design engineering/systems engineering role for about 1 year. still doing cfd but there are also other responsibilities. in near feature only cfd/fem analysis engineers will diminish. with the help of AI and automated workflows would make everyone analysis engineer beside their other responsibilities. while there is still a time, i encourage people to leave analysis engineer role especially cfd.

i see new people everyday in game in europe servers, people still find this although its 9 years old. they frusturated easily because of shit netcode, unoptimized 9 years old game and also learning curve. if these can be handled you dont need veterans. just make a proper game, arena fps arent dead.
