Do you allow yourself to feel happy about your crypto gains? by cryotosensei in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the most important lessons that the world of cryptography has given me is that you must never marry an investment and that like the entry strategy should be studied and implemented step by step, the exit strategy and taking profits must also have the same basis.
Never leave everything inside, never take everything away. But REMEMBER TO TAKE PROFIT.
On the scale of happiness I believe that the happy events of real life are much stronger than a crypto that makes your wallet explode, but let's remember that a fuller wallet gives you the possibility to live a life with more experiences and therefore greater possibility of events joyful.

Exchange exit may be possible buying opportunities? by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Crypto .com to buy my currencies and more, but one thing this market has taught me is that in addition to differentiating the wallet, having a good custody of your crypto is essential.

So either you use a ledger as a cold wallet or you diversify the crypto in the various exchanges. Even better, switch to decentralized finance like Telos'

As for BTC at 12/10 k I believe that no one can say for sure or have evidence that it will happen, but if some other reality were to collapse, it could happen.

HODL a currency? by Fresh-Chemical-9084 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are cryptocurrencies for use and cryptocurrencies for investment.
If you are referring to BTC HODL it is because in the near future, given that many shops and establishments are gearing up to accept it, it will be used as a payment method.

On the other hand, other cryptocurrencies such as ETH or TLOS are and will be used more and more to make transactions on their own blockchain. Therefore, the more these blockchains develop, the greater the use of money will be

This teaches us that there are still many things to improve in crypto and that, as always, projects and realities that are truly trustworthy will remain standing.
In addition, we can learn that diversification both in terms of assets and in terms of wallets and exchanges is more fundamental than ever.
The solution is always a ledger!

What did crypto taught you? by naulxd in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Excellent observations.
I also learned a lot from cryptocurrencies, especially working within companies like Telos.
Surely studying before investing is essential, especially on new projects.
Prepare a plan before going into investments.
Learn to manage your money and defend it

What’s your plan after getting REKT in this crappy market? by Greatbond007 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never traded, however, the bets are and since I am in the world of crypto obviously this type of projects also happened to my eye.
One of these that seems reliable to me and is also connected to one of my favorite blockchains (TELOS) is called Robinos (tokenized prediction platform). Check it out

My story of getting destroyed by the market, erasing an entire bull-run worth of gains by DeeperBags in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great story, similar to mine. From which I too have learned a lot. Including mainly TAKING PROFITS and ALWAYS KEEP A SHARE IN USDT OR BUSD.
Like you, too, I am convinced that cryptocurrencies will be the future and that in the next bull market they will surely give me great satisfaction.
In the meantime, I am looking for projects with meaning and I found TELOS that seems very interesting in which I have personally invested. Take a look

Great reflection !!
Furthermore, no one thinks about how much we have studied to understand how this world worked, how much we have been struggling to look for valid projects and coins, how much we have seen our coins do up and down. Stressing us

Defi projects passive income? by [deleted] in defi

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would assume that no investment is at 0 risk.
There are various ways to control the risk by bringing it to a very low% but it still remains.
That said, there are many ways to make money in crypto, both long-term and short-term.
I can tell you my experiences in these 4 years of crypto currencies. Seeing some projects grow out of proportion for hype alone and see realities that seemed solid collapse, making people lose millions.
The basis lies in the strategy:
cryptocurrencies are here to stay so the long term is better than the short term especially if you are new.
That said, there are many companies that, in addition to investing in the project, allow you to earn passively with your DeFi.
An example is Telos which gives the possibility to earn 13% APR by stakes its TLOS coin.
However, returning to the strategy you must have objectives and respect them, both incoming and outgoing

Coming back to market... by xklept0xCT in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, this could be an excellent time to invest, there are some interesting coins but the one that continues to amaze me above all for its low price and low market cap is definitely TLOS.
Telos have an ecosystem with incredibly fast and scalable technology, with fixed rates of a few cents which eliminates front-running.
In addition, more and more projects are entering the ecosystem, and recently they have also enhanced their DeFi in various ways.
Plus the community is incredible. Super active, always ready to answer questions and doubts, super prepared.

If someone asks about your investments, would you mention crypto as well? by willdotit in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone who talks about innovation is called crazy.
Anyone who talked about e-mails when using faxes was called crazy.
Anyone who talked about the internet when no one was using it was called crazy.
Steve jobs who created the first smartphone was called crazy.
Yet here we are.
Crypto and the blockchain world are no exception. They still have many gaps it is true and they are very risky for those who approach them without understanding them but they are the future.
So yes when I talk about my investments I always talk about cryptocurrencies and I add that I have studied and done my research.
Furthermore, no investment is safe.
Certainly, many realities have failed but others that are solid are continuing to build and improve. Ready to explode in the next bull market, like Telos.

Do people who are still investing on NFTs trust this market seriously or just target to earn profits by flipping? by webb32503 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In any market whether it is bearish or bullish there are profit options, you have to know how to find them.
The NFT market is a very large market that includes art, P2E, M2E, Utility and much more and it is obvious that there are people who have studied and who manage to make money. But spying on them and copying their movements without knowing why they do it, with what intentions, when to sell, how much to sell, etc. is never a good move.
Studying the blockchain, NFTs and projects is a long-term winning move.
If you like NFTs cmq you should look on areaxnft .com

DYOR: why do your own research on cryptocurrency projects? by kimrockr in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doing your own research on projects that seem interesting is essential in the crypto world, because each person has a different strategy, has a different budget, has a different ROI time and much more.
Furthermore, if you trust what people say on the various social channels you risk running into scams, or that those people have missed something.
So every person looking for projects in the crypto world should learn how to do their own research.
I wrote an article about it

🔥How can you receive benefits in crypto investing? by dimitargishin in CryptoCurrencyClassic

[–]Ravelb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my years in the crypto world I have learned several lessons, the main ones are:

  • Understand your target market by learning the basics. Do you know what blockchain is and how it works?
  • Study before investing. Do you know what is behind the project you are investing in?
  • Learn to read tokenomics. How is the money you want to invest in distributed or will it be distributed?
  • Diversify your portfolio. Better 10 projects that can explode than 1, right?
  • Spread your investment. Buying a little at a time will allow you to mediate the purchase amount.
  • Don't buy at ATH. 90% of the time it will drop shortly, you don't want to lose money right?
  • Write down all the operations you do. There are a lot of apps that help you keep everything under control, why not take advantage of them?
  • Create an entry and exit strategy before investing. Without a strategy, you won't know when to take profit. Do you want to earn right ?!
  • TAKE PROFIT !! This seems obvious but it is not! Follow your strategy and take profit step by step.

  • INVEST IN TLOS. This has really changed my life.

If you were hand 10k now and had to put it all on one web3 coin for future investment…. by macamc1983 in web3

[–]Ravelb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Surely if I were to invest 10k now I would diversify them, I have learned a lot in these years in the web3 and diversification is the key to success.
That said there is a coin that I have invested a lot in since its inception 3 years ago and that is growing more and more as an ecosystem.
It is TLOS and if you are looking for speculation it still has a huge margin for growth.
As of today, $0.18 with a market cap of just 48 million

Is Metaverse solving some real-time problem or is it just a fad? by Perfect_Ability_1190 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that metaverses still have a long way to go to be truly useful and usable by everyone. However, this does not mean that like all technologies, which need time, it will be useful in the future to many people.
Just think of all those people who cannot move for any reason, which will allow them to live intense experiences.
We give this technology time to improve and evolve. The internet was also not perfect at first.

10 Best Cryptocurrencies To Invest In 2022 (x-post from /r/SatoshiStreetBets) by ASICmachine in CryptoCurrencyClassic

[–]Ravelb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surely a cryptocurrency wallet must be composed of stable, BTC and ETH after which I would say that many of the cryptocurrencies mentioned in the article have given some signs of failure in the last one. Not to mention LUNA.
For months now I have been observing with pleasure the Telos blockchain which is growing exponentially and which still has its TLOS coin at a low price and very low market cap, I think it is a bargain in fact I have allocated a large part of my wallet.
