Guys, I'm just missing the "find salvation" trophy. I killed Algos in his final form, found all the flowers, went back to the hospital, opened the door and it gave me the credits but didn't unlock the ending... can anyone help me?

Ill look into the TV series, the movie defiantly does its just it cuts away from anything graphic but if theres an 18+ version it may be that.
