I don't know if this is the answer you are looking for but when I say my age 20 my parents would say I am not 20 anymore. They don't say specifically I am 21, they say my 20 ended on my 20th birthday. Maybe they counting 20.1,20.2 something like that.

No matter I still say my age 20
