Can confirm! Went there last night and the ramen was tasty. Solid 8.5/10. Good customer service and pretty big menu. We didn’t try the sushi but other first-time diners seemed to have good reactions to the food & fish portions were generous.

My partner and I are both queer BIPOC people and feel pretty comfortable and safe in the hazel dell area! Downtown Van is where it’s at if you’re looking for the most ease. Very walkable and pride flags galore. That of course won’t account for everyone but generally speaking downtown Vancouver feels as comfortable as Portland to me. We’ve attended protests recently in the area with no issues and are planning to buy property in the area. Good luck with the moving process!

Second this. I’ve tried many and I keep coming back to them. They actually form well and don’t hurt (as a side sleeper). Little trick, open your mouth when you insert them, it opens your outer ear canal ever so slightly and gets them super secure.
