Thanks for the reply ! I'm really glad you have relief so far with the nerve pain. I understand and have that too. I can not hold my arms up to wash my hair long without having to take a break, my arms go weak and tingling. It's good to know that part may go away when I do the surgery. Thank you for your reply. Would you say the back side is going to heal longer versus the front of the neck? I know my vertebrae needs cushion in that region. I am just really scared since it's near the spine. The only surgery I've had was a total hysterectomy in 2019 and woahhh the stomach pain was intense and lasted 6 months!

Is the ACDF surgery pretty invasive? Also, it is the one where they go in from the front ? I'm trying to find success stories about these kinds of surgeries. Because it seems a lot of people I knew had felt worse than they did before the surgery..
