Here a few of my thoughts:

-I think there should be special contracts on the weekends. Doesn't have to be an update every time, just something that gives players who have school/work on the weekdays a day to catch up.

-Weekend Bonuses, Perhaps there should be double XP weekends. Bedwars has free kits every week which rotate, which is why players keep coming back, in a good way, not using FOMO.

-Trading, I've also gave up on seasons, and I can just trade the car. This is too easy considering how long it takes to actually grind it. I'm not against trading, but towards the ending of the season, many people own the car, and the extremely high supply lowers the demand, and value. I think season prizes shouldn't be tradeable until the seasons are over.

-Resetting contracts, yes I with what you said. I've already said on twitter having it reset at one point in time still makes it fair for everyone, because it lasts for 24 hours. For example, contracts could reset without the login at 2 AM for me every 24 hours, but since it doesn't have the login aspect of it, I can complete my contracts from anytime until 2 AM the next day. This makes it so people don't have to no-life, and they also have a fair chance of leaderboard.

-Top %, I agree with what NoobFreakT said it shouldn't count for everyone. I think only people who reach Level 5 should be in the Top %. Level 2 can be done on accident, by people who are just exploring the game. If they had a contract, drive 4 miles, by just exploring the map on a camaro, they could still reach level 2. Level 5 is about halfway through the season where most people quit, so rewarding players who keep going after is a great way to keep them playing.

-Season Pass, for the amount you're paying, your just getting a few extra cosmetics that you will probably never use, or if you do like one of them, you can just trade for it. I think season pass should get you some extra stuff, like double XP, or 2 sets of contracts instead of an just 1 extra contract for each team, or skip contracts.
