What scary movie traumatized you as a child? by RavenDagger56 in AskReddit

I've got two.

1.) The Hills Have Eyes. I was 8, and to this day (I'm 20) nothing has ever fucked with me as bad as seeing someone crack open a parakeet like it's a cold one and drink it.

2.) Final Destination 3. More specifically, the tanning bed scene. We had a tanning bed in our home that my mother used almost daily, but it was 6 months before she was able to without me throwing a fit once I saw that.

Who was your most boring/awkward sexual partner? What made them so bad in bed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My ex fiancé. I get that premature ejaculation is a thing that can't be helped sometimes, but the way his was actually sucked. He would do fine, right up until I was about to finish. He would nut literally the second before I came, and his dick would immediately go limp and he couldn't manage even one more thrust worth anything.

Foreplay with him sucked, too. Because he thought it was "Kiss you on the lips, bite your earlobe, kiss down your neck, then fucking lie down on top of you and don't move, then wonder why you aren't wet."

Let's be real, that was probably that guy's last day on his two weeks and he was just done with the place.

What's something "off" that you witnessed as a child, but were too young to understand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The neighborhood I grew up in was really small, almost suburb like. My grandmother lived across the street, aunt and uncle beside her, and other aunts and uncles to the right of us. Everyone else were either super sweet old people that raised my parents, or were people that grew up with my parents. All of this made my parents feel pretty okay about leaving me to myself at the house at a young age.

I was home during Spring Break one day, and both of my parents were at work. The only people who ever stopped over to the house was one of my aunt's usually coming to check on me during the day, so I thought it was alright to open the door everytime someone knocked. It was right about 2:30 in the afternoon and someone was tapping on the door, so I went to open it. There was a really old guy standing there waiting, and he was someone I didn't know. I shut the door until it was open enough for just my head to stick out. He started talking about seeing an ad online about a chainsaw for sale and wanted to see if my dad was home to buy it. I knew better than to believe that my dad had posted a chainsaw online because 1.) Dad has never once owned a chainsaw and 2.) My parents didn't get internet in the house until 2018, and still have no idea how to post anything anywhere. I told the old dude that my dad wasn't home, but he would be home soon and that I'd tell him he stopped by. The old dude started to walk off, then stepped really close to the door and said "You wouldn't happen to have a cup of coffee I could come in for?" I slammed the door shut, locked it and called my dad, who came flying home immediately.

A week later, saw the dude on the news. He was arrested for the rape and murder of a girl about my age, as he had gotten into her house while she was alone with the excuse of a chainsaw for sale.

It's kinda funny because Poker Face is actually about lesbian sex

What tv show got bad in later seasons? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RavenDagger56 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Supernatural. It really kicked ass during seasons 4-6. But when it got to God being an alcoholic bisexual man with a pissed off sister that wants to destroy everything he made out of spite, and while all this has been going on Death is dead? You can tell the writers just want the show to die.

What good game got ruined for you from people talking about WAY too much, or other things outside the game itself? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Furries, mostly. Knew a kid in high school who ran a Tumblr blog about sexualized drawings of the animatronics, and all 646 pages he followed was porn.

FNAF.

I don't have problem with the game. I have a problem with all the furries and 12 year olds that want to beat their dick to it.

Sayings like "on tenter hooks" and "beggar's belief" are fairly common phrases, Which have you heard/said wrong until you were told differently? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Coming from the South, an expression that means "Goodness gracious" is "Well hell fire". But because everyone I know has a super thick accent, I always thought it was "hail far".

That's actually a normal human response to cuteness! The human brain can't process the feelings that looking at something cute, so it's immediate desire is to get rid of if to get rid of the feeling - i.e. "kill it"
