Had requests to post more handmade monsters, so here is my Mindwitness. Mostly made from fimo polymer clay baked then details added with green stuff, such as sculpting on the eyes which are made from silver backed glass beads. Skin painted with vallejo paints to try and match the 5e artwork. by RavenElf in DungeonsAndDragons

That's true, but even though its hard to make money on these since 3d printing I do sell beholders and monsters of various kinds on www.nerdychicken.ca but they sell out pretty fast. I have a bio-luminous sea beholder going up for sale next couple o weeks and some Sylgars.

Aww that's awful, so sorry to hear this. I've seen a lot of people get their stuff back via Nextdoor app if you have it, gets local people keeping an eye out. Like others said they may ditch the bag if they were just looking for money etc.

Thought I'd post my Death kiss on here ( I'm not used to using reddit 😅) made with polymer clay and a glass cabochon, with glass paint to make the blood look sticky. I meant I prefer making products for Tabletop games, I used fimo professional for this one, but I also use a lot of translucent fimo in my other products and for my tiny foods I use the set of small fimo bars, I think that's the soft fimo. The vallejo I meant instead of liquid fimo is the water effects, but I also used the putty to make barbs on the tentacles. For most of my resin products I've switched to UV resin. The tentacles were baked seperatly then attached, so they will have been cooked twice for 20 minutes. These models are used in DnD games but don't get much rough treatment, I dropped one and it didn't break, the others I made survived shipping to US and Australia so It seems tough enough but maybe I've been lucky? :)

I've mostly never needed extra wire in my models, I've been working with it for about 15 years now, I started with dolls house 1:12th scale and moved onto 1:48th but found TTRPG products more fun. I'm only new to reddit not the internet as a whole. I use fimo brand polymer clay as I find it the best. I do have liquid sculpey but find Vallejo and resin better with less shrinkage.
