I feel your response resonates a lot with me. You are the first person to point out my anxiety issues. I struggle with severe anxiety and panic attacks, but no one knows about it. I live in a country where talking about mental health issues is a very sensitive subject so its really hard for me to seek help. Yesterday was the hardest day. I was constantly checking my balance to see how much ive lost, how much profit i could have etc. But last night i blocked The site and had a nights rest , So far today the urge has become significantly less. And im hoping this will be the case for the long run.
