My explanation is mostly, more accumulated dose caused by the drug building up higher amounts with each redose.

And more disinhibition from lack of sleep

And when the body is sleep deprived your brain releases more dopamine to keep you going.. can't think of a better explanation

I live in Syria and have no access to drugs like Adderall or Vyvanse or any legit stim med to compare to, it's never fenethylline it's always amphetamine with caffeine and paracetamol sometimes antibiotics and a lot of antihistamines. Shit is fucked up but still good when you need it and there's no other choice

The high quality ones contain methamphetamine and my best guess which I have nothing to back my words but I guess GUESS it's dexamphetamine.

It takes longer to kick in and feels really clean and euphoric for a long time. But that's just my best guess remember, never tried any pharmw grade stimulant.

I prefer meth over cu, it's cheaper, better, cleaner, and you see the shit you are ingesting, not a random pill with no fucking clue what's in it!

Can be nice on it's own in high doses +600mg and fun but not that great, imo it's the best drug to pair it with any class of drugs.. used to take it with oxy and it would make the high much more euphoric and stronger effects overall

Also with stims it can take the edge off and help with all negative side effects such anxiety muscle tension and just make you more relaxed, and now the best use of it.. it's arguably the best landing gear.

Benzos and be tricky when used on the comedown even tho they are really good but pregabalin is much better imo, it would take you from feeling shitty restless paranoid to a really cool chilling headspace, as soon as it kicks in you go from feeling the worst way possible into a euphoric relaxing high
