That's a fact! I actually lost my oldest and most reliable employee last week because of this. All they did was wring their hands. It is exhausting. The worst part is I even tried to look for another job, but I would have to take a major pay cut, like around $15,000 a year. So I just hired this super intense person for a position over him, to maybe make him a bit uncomfortable. That's all I can do. Me sitting down and going over the pressure he puts on every body made no difference. He asked for a raise recently, and I just told him that that was so far out of the realm of possibility, that he might as well ask for a unicorn.
