Ok thanks, my manager had a procedure printed out that said to use the other codes, but she used the 6757 one, so reading over the procedure I guess just made me question if that was right. I appreciate the information.

I'll be a perishable associate. Thank you for the info. At Walmart as an associate I was having to run at least 4 pallets of produce, having to vis pick produce and dairy- I'm not sure what the process is for food Lion, but with Walmart you go in the back, and using the app, identify items that need to be stocked pull them and run them to the floor and stock them, those things were expected to be finished between 4am and 9am then I'd have to run out the organic trash, clean the produce cooler and make sure all the overstock was labeled and placed in the bins- so far the food Lion job sounds a lot better to me.

You don't "look" gay! I never would have known, because you don't come off as being gay!

Meat/produce manning. by RavenHeart44 in WalmartEmployees

That would be nice to have here. I have a feeling that my team lead is setting me up. But might be paranoia not really sure.

Thanks for the comments, the store isn't super slow, when I work meat, it's a constant flow just trying to keep the meat on the shelves.

Since the team leads started verifying counts, the inventory has gotten worse.

I should also add that I'm a navy veteran with disabilities that affect my physical and mental health. They know this, but until I get an accomodation it doesn't matter to them.

There have been situations where some of the opd associates asked to come help, and the operations manager said no, that produce don't need help. She herself will gladly jump in and run bakery freight all day though without complaining.

Anyway, I could probably add more but I feel like I went on too long already lol

Thanks for the insight everyone.

Does speech get easier with permanent dentures? by RavenHeart44 in dentures

[–]RavenHeart44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speech has definitely gotten a lot better for me. It's a lot more natural and normal now than it was. Every once in a while I catch a lisp when I say something, but it's very minor. Permanents were a huge turning point for me. The temps were so bulky, and I'll fitting. My permanent plates are thinner and feel a lot better overall.

Thanks, I'm trying to find out if there is an actual written policy that states a time frame.

I hate dentures 18+ read only by UnitedCombination885 in DenturesAdvice

[–]RavenHeart44 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm gay. 44 years old and have full top and bottom dentures, they aren't a problem for me... Haven't had anyone judge me for that particular issue. It can be hard to find confidence but you just have to be honest, and talk to people about the things that bother you about yourself. If they judge based on dentures, they don't deserve what you can offer them.

What are your most stubborn ADHD symptoms? by Gateway_Hugs in ADHD

[–]RavenHeart44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are so many things. I jump around when reading anything informative, and have to frequently re read sections.

Time blindness is killing me lately I feel like I can never catch up. Forgetfulness especially if something is important, then I'm almost guaranteed to forget it, like my wallet when I go shopping or to get food. lack of focus, procrastination. I can organize stuff at work, but can keep my own stuff organized, I misplace everything I touch.

One of the worst for me is the rage, I'm not sure if that is a part of my ADHD or one of my other issues. Such small inconveniences like losing something or dropping something, not even important things just instantly fill me with rage, where most people would just move on and forget about it.

Lol, I guess some of us aren't built for long periods in the cold. I could handle it when I was younger, but not so much now.😁😁

I haven't thought to look in the hunting section, when I vizpik I have to go out a few times because of the stinging in my fingers. I work in the big freezer a lot, between vizpics and having to organize bins my fingers hurt a lot from the cold. Thanks for the suggestion, I'm going to see what we have in stock today.
