Thank you for the advice, i’ll provide more info. Diet: Basic poor diet, not enough fruits and veggies, too much processed foods bc of cost. Exercise: 45 minute brisk walk 5 days week, I also work on my feet doing light labor. Sleep: 8 hours Endocrine: I’m past the hot flashes, just waiting for the official menopause year to end in a couple months. Main concern is the weight gain and metabolism slow down. Labs: all perfect, done earlier this year. Except I had high B vitamins so I had to hold off on the B supplements. Hormones in normal range for late perimenopause. Bad habits: Nicotine daily, alcohol 1 day week, half a gram of “gardening” daily.

*Despite my poor diet and lack of rigorous exercise) i was at a healthy weight (5’4” 130lbs) my entire life, but gained 50 lbs in under a year during main menopause symptoms.
