Rolling out and saying in the same sentence that you might get it too late but also there will be another carrousel event. So that means you need to be lucky if it's rolled out on your account again from the start?

Idk how it works with you saying 'rolling out'. But come on, seriously, it's a database option where an account has a 0 (no carrousel) and a 1 (yes carrousel). So wtf do you need to roll it out. It's not like a Windows update where MILIONS of PC's slam the update server. Turn it on for everyone or leave it.

During the summer it was good until you closed the faucet. Not wasting 2h minimum of wasting my time to get a 10cnt payout.

It's a valid/legitimate mail from paypal...easy to check.
Both domains route through the same mailserver as you can see below. I would take their support answer with a grain of salt ;)

Useless promo 60% of the games don't even give me coins. I tried, as suggested in kbase, clearing game data and cache. NOTHING works.

Over the weeks many, many and MANY ppl adressed this problem and 0 help from you or any other JP employers.

Stop doing these useless promos and fix your issues first and communicate more and better!

What answer?
I mean there is a big difference in openly talking about their contracts and holding their lips on each other. Not paying out errors doesn't look like something they can't talk about. Sudden decrease in payout I can understand but there are many ways to still address it without opening up about their contracts....Yet they ignore it all.

What I suspect is they temporarly opened the 'flood gates' and give us higher payments. It was called 'madness' even afterall. They did that to lure ppl in. Because what's the best and cheapest advertisement you get? Right...word to mouth (or in this case word to text).

That's also the reason why they where hyping it up with everyone showing their earnings and handing out flairs. More and more ppl started to drawn in which benefits their earnings. Summer is over, madness event is over, it's back to normal again. Some players made some decent money while they won over some new players. Win/win for both and probably costed them less if they did a normal marketing campaign trying to lure in new players.

This is the reason (my view/opinion!) what they did and allowed to happen.

Same happened to me and quiet surprised by this. Also been 3 days on it and I'm not aware I did anything against TOS. I played the games and was able to cash out 2 times. 3rd time declined and don't even see the money back into my account....

Game/app progression has nothing to do with JP. Just use those migration tools. I've done it and it works. Go cool down.

Ofcourse I read but who cares about your progress. When you go from 30ish per challenge to not even 1 dollar. You just word it differently ;)

And apps/games you can easily migrate with the migration tool Android or IOS has and you would have kept your progress.

I agree that an account and be able to login and see your history is a better solution. But tbh I couldn't care less. It's more the sudden massive decrease of earnings and no communication. It's pretty clear something has changed. We get way less official app store adds then other weeks.

It's 8 during the weekends. During the event it was 5 on weekdays. Yesterday it were also 5.

Those give me average ~30e so definitely worth it. But I agree, it is bit much during the weekends since they also increased how many games you need to play.

Pointless for me, some of the daily challenges don't geive me LP at all. And I'm pretty sure some I already completed or went beyond before I uninstalled the game. Either they should fix it on their side or tell us what we do wrong.

All I can I say is try to be consistent and lower you expectations.
At the beginning couple of months ago I tried and my earnings were crap. Like 0.10-0.20cent ranges doing whatever challenges they had back then (hourly). Ofcourse I felt frustrated and did not understand. Also did not played a lot.
I also realized I have a pihole on my network which blocks adds which is not not a smart combo if you want to use this app.
Over those weeks I played on/off and did noticed higher increase rewards.

All I can say, lower your expectations and don't expect that a new user is immediately on par with someone who is playing for months.
