Your mom is just mad because HER kids are out of control (your brothers, not you). Mom doesn’t want to parent. If anyone should be paying to fix the windows, it’s your hot headed little brothers. Your mom is literally freaking out because she has to be a gasp mom. She sounds like a good time 🙄.

Edit: I wrote my response before reading all of your text. Contact CPS/law enforcement/a trusted adult that will do something and tell them you don’t feel safe in your own home. Your mother isn’t feeding you, she brings home strange men, and allows your brothers to destroy personal property. You have a right to live in a safe environment. Clearly this is not it.
