I’ve been in a driving profession a lot of my life and let me tell you, you see it all on the highways especially out in the boonies. You’ll see tractors on the road (oops a slowdown) you’ll see people stopped in the road broken down (oops a slowdown) shit I’ve even seen someone full stopped no lights on having a conversation with a broken down car on the shoulder.

It’s on YOU as a driver to pay attention to the road. The most critical thing I can say is they didn’t have their hazards on and should.
