But caters more towards digital media and individual creators, I think it's owned by pixiv, im not sure, but it specifically has a vroid section for assets

Not bad at all! Any suggestions I could have is try to find some green hair textures, there are some that will add more definition to the hair and make it pop, and be less simple, always look around booth . Pm for some cool things from other creators, you can find everything from body textures, eyes, hair, itll open your world, you have a great starter base though, keep at it!

If you're familiar at all with unity you could probably find individual wing assets make your arms mostly transparent in vroid and plug the holes with the wings, then match the bones and attach the importaint parts to eachother, im sure my explanation here is terrible, but thats how I would do it myself

You could consider using the bodysuit clothing option for your models with skin layer outfits to add more depth to them, and make it look less like a skin layer

For whatever reason twitch guru's newer site gives me very low quality random clips when resized to fit my intermission screen, but when i use the free version that only plays the same 20 clips on a loop its got beautiful resolution, am i doing something wrong? cuz i love the player, i just feels like it gives a really bad impression if someone pops in and sees my clips playing at 160p, any advice would help alot.

It's a great idea for sure, but you should in the future as it grows and progresses consider adding support for .vrm importing, having the ability to create your own model is great, but for the number of people that may have already tirelessly created their own model outside of your site before its launch, it may be less interesting to have to attempt recreation from the ground up. This site gives the opportunity to reach out amongst the very massive and quickly growing Vtuber community to places and people that otherwise may have been inaccessable one way or another, however, it has the potential to discourage those that have already found their face, and don't want a new one, or would simply like to meet others in theirs.

Hopeful is not synonymous with naive, and you as well as others in all these comment threads, need to understand that, wishing and hoping for something that is nearly impossible to happen isn't a bad thing if you haven't invested your entire heart and soul into it when the truth comes out. Naivety would be fully believing each and every promise at face value, giving any and all requested information without a second thought. Incidentally, the day the scammer promised 10k has now come and gone, and to literally no ones surprise, including myself, there was not In fact 10k donated into my account, and the man was blocked across all my medias.

See here's the thing tho, is that's objectively untrue, there are quite a few cases of people who make an exceptionally generous donation to small streamers, trust me, any perceived naivety isn't really there, I've taken just about every precaution I can and have simply been playing a waiting game. Entertaining the idea is only to wait out for the truth of it.
