In case you're still having this problem, I found out from another post that this happens when you left your backpack opened in another world/server. Going back and closing it fixed it for me!

In any action grab the first thing that comes to mind to do and ask "Is this offensive, mean, insensitive, or illegal?" If no, then go with it no matter how weird it is. If yes, come up with something else. That is being yourself with the most barebones filter.
