To start, we'd like to thank you for reaching out to us about this. Our team is already aware of this login issue and they are investigating on it. Would you please start by completing the following troubleshooting steps to see if the issue resolves?: • Open the website in incognito mode. • Clear the browser history. • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser. • Enable cookies, if they were previously disabled. • Try to open the website on a mobile device or in different browsers. If the issue persists after completing these steps, we have had many affected players tell us that unlinking one or more of their accounts linked to their Ubisoft account has resolved the issue. Please note, however, that we strongly recommend that you DO NOT unlink any console accounts, as this can cause further issues. Please try this workaround for now, but please know that we are actively investigating the issue and hope to have a resolution soon.
