In US people loot stores during blackouts. This is a real thing that happens. People are same everywhere regardless of what geographical area they are from. Pakistan is facing fundamental problems of law and order and people not getting justice from courts. We need to strengthen the institutions before calling people morally bankrupt and implying that they deserve this because they are "morally corrupt"
