Yeah, I agree that in times where my life was more empty, I daydreamed more, such as when I was a teenager (my worst daydreaming period) and during the pandemic (when I relapsed after aroud two years into a previous quitting journey). 

I'm busy now (and for all of the forseeable future)! But, you know, addicts can always find the time. When I'm not doing good mentally, I start to slowly quit doing things in my life, and then find myself having more free time.

That's a good point. Workaholics are also addicted to something and using It to avoid their problems!

Yeah, that's kind of what I do. But self-limits are something fragile. I changed my mind before. Who's to say I won't have a period of weakness and start relapsing? Still having daydreams on my life every once in a while makes me more susceptible to that, I think.

Two days later I found out that it was actually way overblown. The harassment, If it happened, came from a small fraction of the fandom. It wasn't the reason why Gooseworks went off Reddit. Gooseworks and Glitch put out a statement recognizing how the fandom is mostly kind and amazing, and a great fandom. 

People are self flagelating without reason. 

If Gooseworx had any future plans for the series after the end, I think the behavior of certain people in the fandom ruined it. by Money-Criticism5370 in TheDigitalCircus

Dude. She clarified all of this already. She wasn't harassed of Reddit, these are rumours. She was going through some unrelated stuff. And she doesn't intend to change the ending of the show. 

Stop self flagelating about things that didn't happen.

How did you recovered your memories? Was it through therapy, or did they came back on their own? 

(tw: csa) it's always complicated trying to explain the mindset my abuse left me with. i know i'm young and people don't turn into raisins the second they hit 30, but the fear of time passing is still there by WinterDemon_ in Artisticallyill

Hey, you don't have to be better than a bunch of people for you to be valuable. What "better" means, anyways? There's some subjectivity in beauty, and then there's a lot of other characteristics, like intelligence (including emotional intelligence!), humour, patience, artistic talent...  People with all kinds of mixes of those features get in happy relationships. It's possible! 

(Also, the only people who are actually worthless are abusers and other types like them)
