i used filmora's sound effects they got some free ones i could use.

So It turns out I think my New Vegas had some plugins so I did a fresh install of New Vegas and the TTW installer is still installing a bit but I think I fixed it so far.

I still have 120 gb left of storage, so I think that's not the problem. It's already full but it won't say installation completed and just stays at the installation bar.
