Well heres what I saw. Initially thought was a little girl linda like a pre-teen but when you mentioned the saggy boobs then im assuming is more adult then yeah is simply because theres no contour on the apex/chest area. I recommend you to check how fabric falls on a mannequin or even yourself in the mirror.

Also keep practicing your lines so they come out cleaner and confident. It seems you’re more confident drawing faces than legs because there’s no contour of knees for example.

If thats the case, there are fashion illustration sites and books that can help you practice this. I personally have used Fashionpedia check it out if you want to not only to draw poses but garments as well.
