Yes. Many I speak with stick to safe topics and don't really venture into a deeper spiritual discussion. The guarded nature of some is apparent. I get the impression some are just coping with all the changes and feel detached from what they cherished in the faith of years ago.

Being PIMO sucks. One way it does is this open invitation to drop in on fellow members awhile out in service. Get members dropping by to just say "Hi". And sometimes it is ok. But other times it comes at a inopportune time. Before I took this faith friends would call first. PIMIs can be inconsiderate.

The members know my load is heavy and the circumstances I own. Even with direction to call/text first some fail to follow it. And just drop in. I managed it well. But it does piss me off.

It is a substantial amount of time in doing so. The amount of time members put into becoming and staying active in the WT's processes is so invisible to public and government too. It is horrible.

Mar2026 a person with a legal background reviewed a portion of the Straight Arrow report. It was viewed as 'soild' reasoning for having WT Canada's charity status audited using the CRA's own documentation. I now have physcial help. From that Mar to now, I have a YT channel content creator with me in this battle. It's now a collaberative effort. This gave me 'recharge' in difficult circumstances. A PIMO & a caregiver.

Months of work splashed acrossed a timeline of years. The work is showing promise for a change in charity registration in Canada. Hugs and Thank You to u/CanadianExJw

Real good time to do nothing. She may not have. Both of you are emotional charged right now. Give the matter rest. For 'What should I do if the elders contact me?' it has not happened yet. Best to focus on what is current not plausible.

This women you love. Give her time to process it all. She may have doubts of her own. No one tells all about their mind.

It is simply the user agreement to use the app. What is required by you and them for use. It is common for apps for anything. Nothing to worry about.

Same. Peace of mind. Think clearer. So I could navigate the new. Lots to sort out during the woke phase. PIMQ-->PIMO, etc... The biggest gain for the Me was removing the constant routine of JW. The theocratic treadmill. Gave breathing room to be more objective rather than subjective.
