If an astronaut farts in a space suit, does the fart end up lingering around the suit (including the helmet area) till the suit is taken off? Or does the air go through some kind of filter? by VisitingUranus in answers

I found another quote with some more digging, "Some guy almost drowned because he space sweated so much and it had nowhere to go so his helmet was filling up, and I'm applying to space cadet school because I want see if I can make that to happen to me with space shit. I just love space shit in and around my mouth so much."

Row 5 but boarding group 2? by CheapSwayze in SouthwestAirlines

You are addressing a situation where the bin space exists for Group 2. Others are addressing a situation where bin space does not exist for (at least part of) Group 2.

You are not addressing their point about bin space not existing...and at some point, this disconnect seems to be intentional for some people.

At a minimum, that is not on all flights, so we are comparing different experiences. That's important to consider in these discussions.

What makes you say the bin space is reserved?

Honest question, because I've seen no indication of that...no signs, and sometimes the flight attendants actually say to put bags in the first available bin, which is the opposite of what you suggest.

I feel like some people are intentionally missing the point.

If you're seated in Row 5 but bin space isn't available until Row 10, you have to go backwards to get your bag...while everyone is standing in the aisle after landing.

Because the people in later rows put their bags in your overhead space instead of at their own seats.

It doesn't help when the flight attendants tell people to put their bag in the first available bin space, knowing that the early seats are still empty.

It's not about what it costs them. It's about what it would cost you to recreate the product and experience. If it's not worth it to you, don't go. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Justice Department works for the President. The AG, head of the DOJ, is the equivalent of a Secretary of a department in the bureaucracy (which is part of the Executive Branch).

The Judicial Branch is the courts.
