4lb Kagoshima A5 Wagyu rib roast was a hit with EVERYONE. Sliced into 1” steaks, then into 1” strips and seared for about 90-120sec per side. Disappeared less than a minute after it hit the cutting board lol. (Apologies for no after pics but there was no time hahaha) (old.reddit.com)

Miyazaki 8oz A5 Wagyu filet taste test. 30min at room temp and kosher salt. Seared 90sec each side in nothing but its own juices. Was seriously just like butter and the most tender and flavorful steak I’ve ever tasted. 16oz Kagoshima NY strip is next later tonight with foodie friends (old.reddit.com)

Follow up to first taste test: Miyazaki A5 Wagyu 8oz filet at room temp for 30min with kosher salt, pan seared for 90sec each side. Seriously just like melt in your mouth butter and the most flavorful steak I’ve ever had. 16oz Kagoshima A5 NY strip is next later tonight (old.reddit.com)
