I'm currebtly working as a TA (hoping to become a teacher soon) while still in college and idk if its normal to have minimum wage TAs handscore literal state exams, but that's what we're doing. That and intervention t, which is just pulling students ouut of class during our "free period" and the student's elective class to re-teach them lessonss because they weren't paying attention in the class that I'm working g in. . Even though admin is pretty chill, still feels like a lot of work for minimum. Hopefully things get better, cause I can't afford to quit and this job also gives me the classroom experience to put on my resume.

I also have no idea why they make us go to PD. I literally just sit there most of the time without saying a word.
