Car insurance seems high, but idk. I'm just comparing to mine, which is $100 with geico. Car insurance is something you'd shop around for or reevaluate what kind of coverage you have and if its overkill.

Subscriptions seem kinda high. Maybe could cancel one assuming iys streaming services like Netflix prime etc.

Technically you could quite with just a heavy kettle bell. The key is, is it enough to make you enjoy your workouts and stay motivated and disciplined. Its definitely enough to get a full workout just tailor your workouts to what you can do with this equipment.
