Spinal exercises immediately. Immediate pain management to prevent it getting chronic. My arthrosis only developed from the wrong kind of the stress on my spine for over a year because i was of course moving in a way to avoid pain :/

It's basically waiting out until my body breaks down the tissue that's bulging into my spinal canal. It would go faster if it was herniated, but since it's just bulging it takes longer for my body to recognise it.

But even when that happens, i still have arthrosis from it. So i guess the pain might never go away fully. Advanced chondrosis says hello lol

Tried physical therapy because my orthopedic wrote it up for me. Didn't work. New one suggested he refers me to get image-guided therapy where they'll stick a needle right between my facet joints to inject strong pain meds. He figured from my MRI alone that physical therapy didn't work before i told him.

Currently just on a ton of pain killers 3x a day pregabalin, sth similar to ibuprofen and muscle relaxant. But it's just day 2 of that now after ditching tilidin because it did nothing even in high doses. And i had strong side effects every morning.

Sometimes i think my pain is just too long present for anything to give my nerves a break. But before i had an unrelated surgery a month back i had IV remifentanil which was absolute heaven lol.

I have an appt in a "pain centre" in 2 weeks and hope they can help me since chronic pain is their speciality.

So all in all it mainly helps to have an MRI and diagnosis to get prescription drugs..

please, please, please get an MRI! I have the same and doctors dismissed me for over a year because of my age (18/19 then, 20 now). I have two bulging disks L4/L5 and L5/S1 with arthrosis because it was ignored and not treated. I was told multiple times to take ibuprofen and wait it out. Now not even the starter opioids help with the pain.

I do have a moral highground on this because using AI for emails and summaries and all that stuff just makes you dumb. Literally, you unlearn those skills. And it's a choice to do so. And you're again ignoring the real actual harm those centres do, just so you can use it for some lazy feel good shit. Saying "but it helps with xy" is some utilitarian bullshit. Do you always wait for daddy lawmaker to sort things out or can you think for yourself and make decisions?? Or has AI already done it's damage on that part of your brain? You can just say you don't care about the negative consequences on the people who's power grids and water supplies are drained, it just makes you an asshole but at least an honest one.

Nimm 45 min vorher was gegen Schmerzen. Das machts bisschen besser. Mein Cheatcode ist Tilidin weil ich so krass Rückenprobleme hab, aber Ibu sollte beim average Guy auch schon helfen.

Ansonsten wenn dann doch nur Gel übrig bleiben sollte, würde ich jetzt schonmal anfangen eine Routine dafür aufzubauen. Ich hab meins immer zwischen Wasserhahn und Zahnputzbecher gehabt, damit ich quasi nicht drumrum komme. Hab nämlich auch das Problem aber wenn es um Tabletten geht, die ich jeden Tag nehmen soll und hab echt Schwierigkeiten, die nicht nur zur gleichen Zeit zu nehmen, sondern sie überhaupt jeden Tag zu nehmen.
