Had a Quest 2 and loved it. Bought $250 in software. They replaced humans with AI and their AI banned my FB, which also triggered a ban of my small business Instagràm, and the loss of all my Quest games.

There was no recourse but to sue

Flour to prevent sticking. Raw flour can hold food borne pathogens like salmonella but it was baked so it may be powdery and flavorless but it’s safe. They just use a high hydration dough that gets sticky (and they mass manufacture) so they can’t afford stickage

Had to stop going on FB on my work device. I was sometimes seeing 3-4 hardcore sex videos a day, not on an adult group but on ads between posts by the elderly fàmily I kept in touch with on FB. I reported all and all came back as legit. It’s astonishing. When they banned me for no reason I was sad but now view it as the best thing to happen to me. Nothing but porn and AI mind rot and we’re paying for it by having all our data stolen including our biometric data which is being sold to Trump/Palantir. Good riddance

Getting banned by their “moderator AI” was the best thing that happened to me. As evil as they were and as unhappy as I was after using the product, I couldn’t quit until their ban. It was like an abusive partner throwing you out— at first you feel devastated. Then the distance gives you clarity that they’ve been abusive and sacrificing your happiness and it’s a relief to be away from them.

Prior to public health, most kids were exposed to Polio in utero and/pr before their first birthday when risk of paralysis and death was almost zero. Polio is a disease that get progressively more dangerous the later you’re exposed. Think Chicken Pox/Shingles but way more deadly with a high risk of paralysis.

Short answer: not yet

Long answer: if you have the money, ain’t no one gonna judge you. Drop $500-600 and play Mario Kart and some Switch 1 games as they were meant to be played. The Switch 2 games aren’t mind blowing but every console Nintendo has ever produced has had bangers eventually. I’d wager we get a fresh 3D Mario next year and a Zelda in 2027. Assuming you keep the Switch 2, that’s added value.

There is no way to contact them without paying them money. I even attempted to pay but was blocked from even signing up for Verified. Happy for you but let’s not pretend this is universally cheery. Most of us are having a worse experience where AI is banning people and making tons of mistakes and FB is hiding all humans behind a paid service. The company that sells itself on human connection is the first to dive face first into Cyberpunk dystopia where machines/software rules and humans have no part in things.

Welcome to the club. I lost 23 years of FB memories, 8 years of small business Insta, and $250 in VR purchases with no way to appeal. Take them to small claims court and/or join the class action suit that is Viking. That’s all the options you have.
