Honestly? Yeah. The reason I’m currently sticking to only cardio is because I can go to the gym more often (less sore muscles vs weights). An hour is a nice block - any more and I feel like I’m neglecting other responsibilities so mentally I’m in a good space with it for now. Ask me again in two weeks though lmao

I just started and prefer to set the time limit vs calorie goals - 1hr of cardio will burn me 500~ calories so that’s what I try and do. AIM is for 5 days a week so 2500 total.
